To provide a unified inbox and AI-driven responses, we collect and store the following "Platform Data" in our databases:

  • Message Content: The text and media of incoming and outgoing messages across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

  • Metadata: Information including Sender IDs, timestamps, profile names, and phone numbers (specifically for WhatsApp integration).

  • Account Information: Email addresses and login credentials provided during registration.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Unified Inbox: To centralize customer service conversations from multiple social channels into a single dashboard.

  • AI Processing: To send message data to Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate automated responses or assist agents with reply suggestions.

  • Workflow Automation: To process data through n8n for internal routing, notification, and task automation.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Meta Platforms: To facilitate the transmission of messages via their official APIs.

  • AI Providers: Message content is shared with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating chatbot responses.

  • n8n: We use n8n to manage backend workflows and data integration.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information and stored Platform Data until your account is deleted. Once an account is terminated, we will take reasonable steps to remove your data from our active databases, subject to legal or regulatory requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.

  • Deletion Requests: To delete your account and all associated message data, you must contact us at info@labwork.com.hk. We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Meta Platform Compliance

Our app strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request the permissions necessary to provide the conversation management service and will never use Platform Data to build profiles for advertising or to circumvent Meta’s intended functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure database protocols, to protect your stored message data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
