About the role:
Responsible for identifying and executing strategies designed to achieve/exceed agency
targets in assigned channel to ensure that Labwork platform meets the needs of
schools, teachers, students and other parties.
Key responsibilities include:

Identifies opportunities and leads strategy development of new and/or enhanced business
opportunities resulting in meeting/exceeding sales targets and furthering assigned
customer relationships to result in profitable outcomes

Analyzes data and reports to identify trends in customer referral/admission patterns as
well as potential growth opportunities within accounts

Develops annual account plans; reviews account plans throughout the year to monitor
progress against goal and the execution of account strategies. Updates plans as needed

Conducts educational presentations, serves on external committees and makes one on one
referral development calls to schools and education parties

Conducts competitor analysis at regular intervals and identifies emerging trends

Promotes excellence in customer service through feedback and excellent issue resolution
practice, both internally and externally

Experience in marketing. Education or technology industry experience preferred
